I'm at the Rotary Park to bring you to September real estate market update so exciting news sales are up 15% from September of last year so for single-family homes townhomes and condos we've had almost 500 sales last month alone the average days on market is up by 16 days we currently have a median days on market of 53 days. Our median home price is at 235 thousand dollars and that's up about 3500 dollars from last year so we're expecting between a 2 to 5 percent appreciation in the next year so that's exciting news. So what does this all mean for you sellers if you're looking to sell your home right now there's opportunity because inventory is lower than it has been in the last year and homes are currently selling 97% of what the property is listed for and buyer's interest rates are so low right now in the upper 3% you cannot beat it.
